Rankd Marketing Tracker ("Rankd," "we," "us") helps home-service businesses see which marketing channels book jobs. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, business name, email, industry, and a securely hashed password.
• Connected service credentials — the read-only API keys you provide for Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and CallRail. These are encrypted at rest and used only to read the data needed for your dashboard. We never modify your accounts.
• Business performance data — calls, jobs, estimates, and revenue figures we pull from those connected services, plus the monthly ad spend you enter, stored as periodic snapshots tied to your account.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status, but we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — standard log and cookie data (pages visited, browser, IP) used to operate the service and measure our advertising.

How we use your information

• To provide the dashboard, sync your data daily, and support your account.
• To process your subscription and free trial through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
• To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Cookies & advertising

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors arrive from our ads and to measure conversions such as trial sign-ups. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and share limited event data with Meta. You can control ad tracking through your Meta ad settings, your browser, or device-level controls. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Rankd, under their own terms:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Airtable and Netlify — application data storage and hosting.
• Meta — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
• Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, CallRail — read-only sources you connect; we read from them, we don't send your data to them.

We do not sell your data or share it for others' independent marketing.

How we protect your data

Connected API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only server-side at sync time — your browser never sees them. Passwords are hashed (scrypt). Sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies. Your report snapshots are stored privately, keyed to your account.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a service, revoke any API key from the source platform at any time, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make a request — or to access or correct your information — email ryan@rankdnow.com.

Children

Rankd is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
