Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rankd Marketing Tracker. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Rankd connects your read-only Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan and CallRail accounts, plus the ad spend you enter, to show which marketing channels generate calls, jobs, and revenue. Rankd only reads your connected data — it never creates, edits, or deletes anything in those systems.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and only connect accounts you're authorized to access. You must be at least 18 and using Rankd for a business.

Free trial & billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method up front, but you are not charged during the trial.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins at $199/month and renews monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future charges. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Billing is processed by Stripe. Prices may change with advance notice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, reselling, or accessing data you aren't authorized to, and no use that violates the terms of Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, CallRail, Stripe, or applicable law.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Rankd permission to access and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a service or request deletion at any time.

Third-party services

Rankd depends on services it connects to and runs on (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, CallRail, Stripe, Airtable, Netlify). We're not responsible for those platforms' availability, changes, or accuracy of the data they return.

Disclaimers

Rankd is provided "as is." Attribution, ratings, and AI-estimated insights are guides to help you make decisions — not guarantees. Always verify important numbers (for example, by listening to a call) before acting on them. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankd's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using Rankd and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment. On termination, your access ends and we'll delete or de-identify your data on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
