The job: three kinds of renter, one building
3030 Suites is an office building on Starkey Boulevard, next to the Longleaf neighborhood and a short drive from State Road 54. It rents space three ways: private furnished offices on a monthly or longer lease, conference rooms for 8 or 12 people, and virtual offices that give a business a street address and mail handling.
Each of those is a different person typing a different search. An accountant moving out of a spare bedroom looks for a private office. A lawyer who needs a quiet room for a deposition looks for a conference room for a few hours. A new company that needs an address for its paperwork looks for a virtual office. The site has to give each of them a page that answers the question in front of them and puts the phone number in reach.
A page for each way to rent
We built a page for each kind of rental, and each page carries its own title tag, written for the search it should win. These are the titles Google reads on the live site today.
| Page | Title tag |
|---|---|
| Home | Executive Office Rentals in Trinity, FL | 3030 Suites |
| Long-Term Office Rentals | Private Furnished Offices for Rent in Trinity | 3030 Suites |
| Conference Room Rentals | Conference Room Rentals in Trinity & New Port Richey |
| Virtual Offices | Virtual Offices & Professional Business Addresses | Trinity, FL |
| FAQs | Frequently Asked Questions | Office Rentals in Trinity, FL |
| Contact | Contact 3030 Suites | Book a Tour Today |
Five of the six titles name Trinity. The conference room title adds New Port Richey, the city on the mailing address, because someone booking a room for one meeting may search by either name.
3030 Suites quotes rent by the suite, so the rental pages say Call for Rates instead of posting a number. Every one of them ends in the same two places: a Request Pricing button that opens the contact form, and the phone number, (727) 534-8831, which sits in the header and footer of every page and dials with one tap on a phone.
Written for Trinity, down to the street
The mailing address reads New Port Richey, FL 34655, but the neighborhood around Starkey Boulevard and State Road 54 is Trinity, and Trinity is the word in the home page headline: Professional Office Solutions in Trinity. The site uses both names, so it can match either search.
The home page also names the places a local person already knows. It puts the building on Starkey Boulevard, right next to the Longleaf community, with quick access to SR 54. It lists four stops nearby with drive times: Starkey Market, Havana Dreamers Cafe, AR French Pizzeria and the Publix. Beside them sits a Google map of 3030 Starkey Blvd and a Get Directions button that opens turn by turn directions in Google Maps.
The office hours are in the same block: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with 24/7 keycard access for tenants. The street address and phone number on the site match the building’s Google Business Profile exactly. Keeping those details identical on the site and the profile is one of the first things we check for any client.
Conference rooms, booked on the site
Tenants get free use of the conference rooms, and they book them on the Conference Room Rentals page. The form asks for a booking password, the room, a date, how long and a start time. A summary beside it fills in as they go and shows the price, which is free for a tenant. The form will not take a same-day booking, and every booking has to end by 6 pm. Anyone who is not a tenant is asked to call.
Current tenants also reach their DoorLoop tenant portal from the dark bar at the top of every page.
How it is built
We built 3030suites.com (opens in a new tab) on Astro and host it on Netlify, the same way we build the trade sites we run. The contact form asks for four things: first name, last name, phone number and a message, and a hidden field catches spam bots. The FAQ page answers seven questions renters ask before they call, from what the monthly rent covers to how fast the internet is.
